The 2003 Michigan Coastal Cleanup will be held Sunday, September 21, from 1-4 pm.
We want the whole coast of the Keweenaw Peninsula to get cleaned up every year! The following segments of shoreline have Beach Captains (clockwise from the lift bridge):

If you’d like to participate at one of these locations, just show up at 1 pm on Sunday September 21, 2003.
If there is a special beach or stretch of shoreline you care about, please sign up to be a Beach Captain! Beach Captains will organize the cleanup on their segment, and fill out the trash tally form, which you’ll get from and return to the NWC.
